The location of this place is perfect, as it is situated in the outskirts of Gandhidham, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service here is impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and throughout my stay, the staff was always attentive and accommodating. I must mention the exceptional service provided by Mr. Sandeep Sanchar, Tej Singh, Vipul, Ms. Poonam, Nadita Chef, and Mr. Akhtar, the restaurant manager, who took great care of not only me but all the guests with dedication and care.

I highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The hotel lobby is spacious, and the restaurants offer good food choices. The hotel has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs. Plus, the location is convenient for business travelers.

The wifi speed could be improved for guests who want to remain connected. The air conditioning system in the room was not functioning optimally and made it difficult to sleep well at night.

Stayed for a city break, was pleasantly surprised by the complementary drinks and chocolates in the room. The hotel is located near a busy street with a lot of shops and restaurants, so it was easy to find a place to eat. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well, which was perfect for the hot weather.

The staff was unhelpful when we asked for recommendations on things to do in the area, they seemed uninterested in helping us. The breakfast was okay, but lacked variety and the quality was not great.
